Slown Down the Aging Process
The sauna does more for you than just cleanse your body of toxins, it also reduces all-cause mortality rates by 40%! Most importantly to me, (being honest) it slows down the aging process! Regular sauna use increases blood circulation and eliminates toxins from the skin through sweat and blood circulation. It even controls the activity of our skin cells .
Don’t get too excited and push yourself to stay in there too long. The human body takes time to adjust to its environment. Begin with a few minutes at a time. Also, pregnant women should not use a sauna before consulting with their doctor.
My favorite part of the gym (which I don’t love; pretty much the only reason I go) is the sauna. It’s a place for relaxation and learning new ways to improve your life and the lives of others. You won’t help but feel energized and ready to take on any obstacles that come your way!
