About Me

My love of food began when I was nine years old and left to care for my two newborn brothers. Mexican food and cookies were my specialty. I didn't know enough about nutrition; I was overweight and anemic.

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and cooked at the finest restaurants and resorts for almost a decade; and decided to continue eating top quality meals, but also be at my ideal weight.

I created Chef Ingrid Style and lost 42 pounds! This is a community for people that care about their health and eating exciting meals! There is always more to discover and more to enjoy in the culinary world!
