About Me

About Me

What brought me to creating Chef Ingrid Style cooking is my many years of struggling with health (I was overweight and anemic since the age of ten), studying culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale, and working in the finest resorts in Arizona for ten years.

Combing all of these experiences, skills, and cooking techniques is what shed 45 pounds from my body and created immense amounts of energy and enjoyment.

I share this with others because I believe everyone should live their best life.
